Welcome Everyone
At the outset, as a CEO and Managing Director of International Computer College, I am so excited to introduce our new college to our prospect clients, stakeholders, Business Partners and the Government.
Study NTC Approved Courses
The International Computer College (ICC) is a privately owned entity located in Port Moresby, the nations capital of Papua New Guinea. The college is newly established with an aim of providing Quality and Affordable Education for our citizens. Our FUTURE GOAL is to make PNG citizens to become globally competitive in Entrepreunership, Innovation and execellent academias through well tailored programs offered.
ICC is a National Training Council (NTC) approved and recognized institution which has passed all the 12 audit and quality inspection process (ARQAP) phases/steps. It has met all PNG Qualification Framework (PNGQF) and PNG Quality Assurance (PNGQA-TVET) fully to start as a Registered Training Organization to provide needed trainings for our citizens. We are thankful to NTC and DHERST for their rigorous quality check to make sure ICC is wel prepared and ready to provide trainings. We are so proud and excited to educate our citizens as we have pledged to do.
We provide programs especially Diploma, Certificate and Competency Based Trainings which targeting especially grade 10, 12, and professional working class. Choosing ICC is not a mistake, to acquire similar like international qualification and advance knowledge, you need to study from a college that is internationally competitive and from well experianced trainers,academias and instructors.
We welcome all both grade 10 and 12 school leavers and non-school leavers. Thos who already have bachelors degree from private or public Universties in the country or abroad who also wish to equip yourselves with work related programs apart from your major field of studies are highly encouraged to apply.
Transformed Through Education
At the dawn and emergence of High-tech or Frontier Technologies, our country has gone through turblence times instead during this global pandemic . Our loved ones have left us without saying goodbye or a last word. Most employees have sidelined from their only jobs that feed the whole family, now struggle to put food on table for their loved ones.
Businesses have faced reduction in production scale ,caused decline in revenue generation. Prices of goods are exponentially increasing each year and government tax is cruxifying all citizens alive. Our country is actually in an economic and financial crisis yet we think all is well.
To rescue the holy from sinners is only by God based on every human’s good deeds. However, to rescue us from Financial and Economic crisis is by good leadership and governance. A good governance can not be realized unless most Papua New Guineans are educated. In a society where too many uneducated people, change is adamant. Uncivilized can hardly accept the change in our communities thus Education is paramount importance. Papua New Guinea will see real change when bulk of the population is at least educated to certain level. Until then people will make better decisions in electing genuine leaders to represent them.
Healthy Living
Pay close attention to our eating habits. People say ” You are What you eat” or in other words you become what you eat.
Not everything we take in is good for our health, some foods we eat daily contain harmful and deadly chemicals. Remember our stomach is just like a cave where when water goes in it is difficult to draw it out. You will regretfully torment in the hell that is created by yourself and causing your life depart too soon.Thus be very mindful about our eating habits. Life style diseases killing people every day because of having careless eating habits. Keep a Healthy life style. Maintain a Healthy Diet, Avoid eating too much processed and fast foods, Exercise Regularly, Stay Hydrated, Get plenty of Sleep and Minimize stresses.
Industrious & Entrepreneurially Competent
“The lazy man desires what hard working people want: house, food, vacations, money for college and retirement. But the lazy man’s desires remain unsatisfied, while the diligent gain wealth”. Proverbs 13:4
Be diligent and industrious, do not be lazy, do not waste your time, do not wait for miracles to intervine, do not get profited from someone’s toil to live a profligated life. Wealth and prosperity does not come too easy, you have to earn them. If you have a piece of land, work for it, if you have an opportuniy to become an entrepreneur then start small, if you have an opportunity to take up a study please go ahead, country needs young and vibrant industrious individulas to drive the economy to next level.
Education is your Parents
People dont live forever, they depart their lives regardless. To the youngans out there , today you are under parents care, tomorrow when your parents passed on, you will be left alone. Your Education is very important, it will take care of you and your siblings, you will visit places you have never dreamt of. If you have any opportunity to go to school now, grab it with both hands and study with passion for education is life.
Remember, Education lessens the challenges we face in life. The more knowledge you acquire the more opportunities will open up to allow you to achieve better possibilities in career and personal growth. Education has played an important role in the career world of the twenty-first century. An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.
